You are welcome to begin by booking a free 15-minute consultation, although this step is optional. The consultation offers a space to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy, ask questions, and determine whether the practice feels like a good fit for your needs.
If you decide to move forward, ongoing sessions can be booked directly through Jane App or by contacting ShineRoot Psychotherapy & Wellness directly.
People seek therapy for many different reasons. Some may feel overwhelmed by recurring thoughts or emotional patterns, while others may simply feel stuck, unsettled, or unsure of how to move forward in certain areas of life.
You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Often, the process begins with becoming curious about experiences that continue to feel difficult, repetitive, or emotionally significant.
A consultation can also provide space to explore whether therapy feels like an appropriate next step for you at this time.
There is no single timeline for therapy.
